Academic Leadership Development Program
The Provost will lead each program session to provide participants with an opportunity:
- to become more conversant with the major trends and issues in American higher education, and particularly Catholic higher education;
- to be introduced to the University’s senior administrative perspective regarding strategic and day-to-day planning/administrative issues; and
- to interact with peers across the University in order to develop stronger collaborative, collegial relationships.
In addition to regular meetings, each Fellow has a professional mentor for the academic year.
