Event Information Guide

Re-Entry

Guests are not permitted to leave an event and then re-enter the same event without purchasing an additional ticket.

Bag Searches

All guests are subject to random security checks, metal-detector screening, visual inspection and bag inspections.

Tailgating

Included but not limited to open containers (alcohol), charcoal and electric grills are all prohibited on all University property and garages. Anyone in violation can be subject to fines and/or penalties.

Prohibited Items

Amongst items that are prohibited are: weapons, laser pens, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs and recording devices.

Recording Devices

Generally, audio recording devices, video cameras, digital cameras and professional cameras or cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted inside the arena at any time. This policy will be strictly enforced. Disposable or 35mm cameras with no zoom may be permitted. Teams, event officials and management may have additional rules further restricting or prohibiting photography. Please check with the AJ Palumbo Center for information regarding specific events.

Alcohol

Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. For events when alcohol is served guests may be asked to provide a valid photo ID prior to the purchase of alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside the AJ Palumbo Center. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

ATM/Cash Machines

There is one PNC Bank ATM inside our Gate B Lobby.

Guests with Disabilities

Upon arriving please advise your ticket taker or an ushers if you or someone in your party requires assistance with seating needs.

Parking

Parking is available in the Forbes Avenue garage. Rates may vary.
