OS Software issues - device is functional. App issues, problems with OS, managed devices through Casper Call Help Desk to have a ticket placed with CTS Technician. Call Help Desk and leave a message - Help Desk will return your call during normal business hours to assist with the issue.
OS Software issues - device is non-functional Contact the Computer Store to have the issue assesed - a loaner device may be issued and a new phone is ordered if necessary. Call Help Desk - Help Desk will contact an on-call person from the Computer Store to assist with the issue.
Hardware - screen cracked, dropped in water, hardware malfunction Contact the Computer Store to have the issue assessed - a loaner device may be issued and a new phone is ordered if necessary. Call Help Desk - Help Desk will contact an on-call person from the Computer Store to assist with the issue.
Account related - iCloud, iTunes, AppleID problems Call Help Desk to have a ticket placed with a CTS Technician. Call Help Desk and leave a message - Help Desk will return your call during normal business hours to assist with the issue.
PIN code locked out Call Help Desk to have a ticket placed with a CTS Technician. Call Help Desk - Help Desk will place a ticket to the on-call CTS Technician.
Changes to phone plan Call the Computer Store for assistance. Call Help Desk - Help Desk will contact an on-call person from the Computer Store to assist with the request.
WiFi Hot Spot Support Contact the Computer Store. Call Help Desk and leave a message - Help Desk will return your call during normal business hours to assist with the issue.
Lost or stolen phone

Contact Help Desk (either)

  • Help Desk recommends logging into iCloud and utilizing the "Find my iPhone" feature
  • Contact Campus Police and file a report

Managed: Help Desk places a ticket to the Technicians to wipe the phone or locate

Unmanaged: Contact Computer Store to place order for a new phone

Call Help Desk - If phone cannot be located, contact the Help Desk right away.
