Feedback on Teaching
Faculty and TAs who excel regularly reflect on their teaching and their students’ learning. Feedback from students, colleagues and CTE staff enhance your ability to examine your teaching and implement strategies for better student learning.
Student and peer review of teaching are an integral part of the promotion and tenure, and teaching award processes at Duquesne University.
We highly encourage all instructors, including adjunct faculty, to seek feedback on their teaching and course materials from their department chair and faculty colleagues.
CTE also can provide feedback to help faculty and TAs shape their own teaching, as well as to interpret the feedback they receive from students and peers.
