Behavioral and Applied Forensic Science

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to provide the Certificate student with a broad overview of the behavioral forensic sciences, including forensic psychology and psychiatry, as well as the forensic application of several scientific disciplines seen most commonly in the practice of civil and white collar criminal law.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
*The student will gain an understanding of the background, roles and methodologies of many of the less traditional forensic scientific disciplines, including those encountered more commonly in civil and white collar criminal law
*The student will gain an understanding of the applications of behavioral science to the practice of law
