    14th Annual Symposium, "Finding Closure:
    The Science, Law and Politics of Cold Case Investigations"

    In collaboration with the American Investigative Society of Cold Cases, this program will address a spectrum of issues pertaining to the re-opening of cold cases, along with some very interesting case studies by members of their investigative teams.​​

    Forensic Friday: "The Forensics of Fracking: The Science and Law of Hydraulic Gas Extraction"
    Co-developed with the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences and the Center for Environmental Research and Education, we will explore a host of environmental, toxicological, legal and public policy issues surrounding this hugely controversial topic.​

    Unless otherwise noted, all Forensic Fridays seminars will be held in Duquesne University's Africa Room. 

    Registration for our 2014-2015 series will open in August 2014.

    Fall 2014 will hold one FF, and Spring 2015 will hold three FFs.
