IntroductionService-learning is a complex, often messy thing to describe. Students learn as much, if not more, than they serve. Faculty are reinvigorated, yet experience a new set of challenges when teaching service-learning. Community partners are hosts to service projects, and at the same time are co-educators of our students. These profiles help us to tell the stories of service-learning at Duquesne.
