While working for Westinghouse Bettis Atomic Laboratory and Westinghouse Plant Apparatus divisions, designed and delivered various components of Navy Nuclear Fleet (both submarines and aircraft carriers). Applied statistical techniques to establish design margins in a probabilistic manner in lieu of the deterministic conservative manner. Evaluated the acceptance of nuclear plant components during manufacturing phases.
