In his role as Team Leader of the Leadership Faculty, Dr. Ulrich is responsible for all core and elective leadership courses in the school. He completed the Ph.D. in Adult and Continuing Education from Michigan State University. With more than 25 years as an adult educator, Dr. Ulrich has worked in industry as a manager of executive development and succession planning for a telecom company and as director of organizational development in healthcare. He also has lived and worked in sub-Saharan Africa where he was active in leading rural community development and adult education initiatives.
