Bio

After graduating with my library science degree, my first professional job was at Seton Hall University School of Law (1973-77). I then became the head Law Librarian at Allegheny County Law Library (March 1977-November 1977) before joining Duquesne University Center for Legal Information as the Assistant Director for Lawyer Services (Nov. 1999-present).

Expertise

My expertise is in the areas of bibliography and legal history.

I am the co-director of the Pennsylvania Constitution Web Site, the largest state constituional web site at www.duq.edu/law/pa-constitution.

Publications

I am a prolific author with more than 250 publications including more than 75 books/pamphlets, 75 articles, and 80 book reviews in various library, history, and law review periodicals. Through the library, I have published more than 40 books of court reports, bibliographies, indexes, legislative histories, etc.
