In addition to being an adjunct instructor at Duquesne, Kelleen is the Director of the Teaching Learning Resource Center (TLRC) at the Texas A&M Health Science Center (HSC) and the Director of the HSC's Critically Appraise Relevant Evidence (CARE) initiative. In these roles she is responsible for the oversight of institution-wide faculty development programs, implementation and assessment of CARE to include oversight of college level implementation plans and assessment. Kellen is also currently serving as the Vice President and Conference Chair for the Association of Leadership Educators.
Since 2005, Kelleen has been an online instructor of a graduate leadership class for the School for Leadership and Professional Advancement at Duquesne University. Previous to the HSC, Kelleen spent 9 years at Texas A&M University as the Assistant Director of Employee & Organizational Development, overseeing programs in the areas of leadership, supervision, communication, team work, and more. She has consulted for a variety of higher education and other non-profit organizations.
