I hold advanced Certification in Critical Care nursing and was the coordinator of an open heart surgery program for 9 years. I am a current member of the PA chapter of the American Cardiology Association and the American Association of Critical -Care Nurses.
In addition to my experience in the acute care setting, I am a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and have worked in Executive positions within Skilled Care, Assisted Living, and Hospice Care. During my tenure as Clinical Director of a National Assisted Living Association, I co-authored a Performance Improvement Manual adaptable to four states based on specific state regulations and guidelines.
