Through online degree programs at Duquesne University, students complete a set curriculum, logging on at their convenience and completing coursework online. Instructors use the Blackboard learning management system to deliver instruction, course content and performance assessments. Students interact with content, peers, and instructors through various individual and collaborative situations and online tools. Courses incorporate rich media, video, teams, and interactive learning activities.

Health Sciences

 Coming for Fall 2014!  Lead! Teach! Transform!

The Rangos School of Health Sciences will offer an Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) to assist professionals in the field with advancing their expertise, knowledge, skills, and careers. 

The OTD is a "new" post-professional doctoral degree intended to help occupational therapists gain the skill sets to successfully compete for professional advancement opportunities.  The degree will be offered in an online format, with synchronous and asynchronous components and two brief campus visits at the start and completion of the program.
