Transfer Students

Instructions for applying to the Health Sciences as a transfer student.

Second Degree and Post Baccalaureate Students

Health Management Systems Applicants:

• DOMESTIC APPLICANTS (U.S. CITIZENS AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS)
  Complete the domestic on-line application form.
• INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS (NO GREEN CARD)
  Complete the international on-line application form.

Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology

Applications to the Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology graduate programs must be submitted on-line through a centralized application service.

• For information about applying to the Occupational Therapy Program.
• For information about applying to the Physical Therapy program.
• For information about applying to the Speech-Language Pathology program.

Due to capacity constraints we only consider first-time freshman to the Physician Assistant Studies program. We are not accepting transfer or second-degree applications at this time.
