(1) The Department of Psychology has been internationally recognized for over three decades as a center for existential phenomenology. The congruence between our two professional philosophies is beneficial for students who pursue this option.
(2) This joint degree leading to dual professional credential options as an athletic trainer and occupational therapist was developed to provide graduates with the ability to work in industrial settings with employees and return-to-work or school settings where one could provide school based occupational therapy interventions during the regular school day and provide athletic training (AT) support for teams during after school hours.
