Course Description

This one-hour panel discussion will examine United States' unmanned aerial drone attacks in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and other countries in light of U.S. statutory and Constitutional law as well as in light of international law and the just war teachings of Saint Augustine and Saint Thomas Aquinas. The intersection of international law, American law and just war theory from Christian, Jewish and Muslim perspectives will be discussed.

The Pennsylvania CLE Board has approved the course for one (1) hour of substantive CLE credit.
