Employers - Law Review and Additional Student Publications
Law Review
The Duquesne Law Review is comprised of the top 15% of students from each section of the day division and for those finishing in the top 15% of the class overall. For the evening divisions, students finishing in the top 15% overall are invited to join the Law Review. Part-time day students may grade on after completing all first year courses and are compared with the first year day class with which they entered law school for ranking purposes. The Duquesne Law Review also conducts an annual write-on competition. The write-on is highly competitive and generally only 1 or 2 students write on to the Law Review each year.
Additional Student Publications
Additional student-run publications include the Duquesne Business Law Journal and the award winning Juris magazine. All students in good standing are welcome to submit articles to the Business Law Journal and Juris. Articles are also submitted by scholars and practicing attorneys. The editorial staff of the respective publications determines which articles will be published.
