Course Description

An advanced course involving the application of partnership, corporation, securities and tax law in the analysis and solution of factual business problems such as selection of the business entity, organization of a corporation, redemption of stock, liquidation and dissolution of a corporation, purchase and sale of a business, and acquisition of a corporation by merger or purchase of stock or assets. The course will stress planning and counseling. (2 credits)
