Legal Research Guides by Course: Contracts

Course Description

This course seeks to explore fully the nature and role of contract. The fundamental concepts of mutual assent, performance and remedies at common law and in a modern post-industrial economy are examined at length, with special emphasis on sales. Throughout the course, special effort is made to develop both philosophical and economic theories of contract. (6 credits) Required Course (Year Long)
