Course Description

This course surveys the basics of Untied States intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. This course is appropriate for students wishing to prepare for a career in intellectual property law and take additional specialized course in the area, as well as for those seeking only a foundational understanding of the subject. A technical background I not required. (3 credits)
