Legal Research Guides by Course - Unemployment Compensation Clinic
Course Description:
In this clinic, students represent unemployed workers, from the Greater Pittsburgh area who has filed claims for unemployment compensation. Individual students represent their clients at administrative adjudicatory hearing presided over by an unemployment compensation referee. In appropriate cases, students may also represent clients in appeals to the Board of Review and may assist in appeals to the Commonwealth Court or the Supreme Court. (2 credits)
