Duquesne law grad the 'scourge of Wall Street'

A Duquesne University School of Law alumnus was behind the government's campaign to punish Wall Street for dubious mortgage practices, says the New York Times. Now Leon (Lee) W. Weidman's pioneering work using the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 is being used as a tool to punish Wall Street for the financial crisis.
