Prof. Oliver comments on federal investigation of police chief

It's possible that the city of Pittsburgh's former police chief is "cooperating in exchange for leniency, and that that cooperation is opening up a new phase of the investigation" or prompting investigators to revisit issues touched on earlier in their lengthy probe, said Wesley Oliver, associate professor and Criminal Justice Program director at Duquesne University School of Law.
