Summer Study of Law in Ireland (Dublin & Belfast)

 The Duquesne University School of Law proudly announces a three-week Summer Study of Law in Ireland international program in conjunction with the    University College Dublin Faculty of Law and the Queen's University Belfast Faculty of Law. The program will be held June 1-22, 2013.

This three-week program of one-week modules each in the Law of the Eurpoean Union, International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, and Human Rights Law totaling  4.5 (semester) hours of ABA-approved credits. In Dublin, classes will meet at the University College Dublin, Ireland's largest university (www.ucd.ie). In Belfast, classes will meet at the Queen's University (www.law.qub.ac.uk/).

Site Visits
In addition to the classroom program, a number of professional and cultural excursions are included at no additional cost.  In Belfast these include visiting the government assembly at Stormont, the Ecclesiastical Captial City of Armagh and a day long tour of the North Coast to see Dunluce Castle, the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge.  In Dublin these include site visits to the parliament, local courts and the Howth Peninsula.
