Enrollment is open to American and foreign law students and to Americanand foreign graduate school students and to American and foreign graduate school students including, but not limited to MBA students.
All applicants must be in good academic standing. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

Costs and Payment Deadlines
ALL CHECKS MUST BE PAYABLE IN U.S. DOLLARS TO DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY.
Travel costs to and from Ireland and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned are not included. We suggest you consult a travel agent and request the lowest available fare from any carrier. Fares vary widely.

Financial Aid
Federal financial aid monies may be available for qualifying students who are enrolled at least half-time during the summer semester.
Cancellation
Duquesne University reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or other extraordinary emergency conditions. In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded.
Duquesne University will not be responsible for any personal injury, property damage or illness encountered by participating students during the program. All students are advised to purchase appropriate medical, accidental and travel insurance.
NOTE: Students who withdraw from the program after April 2, even if before the start of the program, remain liable for any costs already incurred by Duquesne, including, but not limited to, hotel and transportation deposits.
