    Leadership Challenge Certificate

The Leadership Challenge Certificate Program has been cancelled. Please visit for other leadership development opportunities.
    • Are you at a juncture in your career that you need to hone your skills or raise the level for your upward mobility?
    • Do you want to rise to the challenge of your leadership and solve reoccurring issues in the workplace surrounding leadership?
    • If so, our Certificate Program is designed for you!

The Leadership Challenge Certificate is a non-credit program based on the book ‘The Leadership Challenge' by Kouzes & Posner and offers a compelling and interactive learning environment, strategically designed to motivate and teach those looking to enhance their leadership qualities through their own specific learning styles.

The eight-week format offers the opportunity to stretch your critical thinking and collaborate with other like-minded professionals. At the completion of this Program, you will be awarded the certificate from Duquesne University and Continuing Education Credits.

Conducted in an experiential format, the program affords you opportunities to hear and review presentations on key concepts, experiment with new techniques, observe role models and study cases while reflecting on your own experiences and engaging in enlightening and insightful conversation. Along the way, you will use your talents, skills and values to develop your own set of best practices.

Our program offers an engaging and well-rounded learning experience which tailors its methods to each participant's needs. This combination of immersive, hands-on techniques and established principles of leadership makes Duquesne's Leadership Challenge Certificate Program a rare and special learning experience.

**Certified school personnel can receive ACT 48 credits through this Program**

This Certificate Program is sure to exceed your learning expectations!
