RATIO

RATIO students at the South Side GPCFB distributionRATIO learning community volunteered at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. They volunteered as runners in the South Side and North Side locations of the Produce to People food distributions. As runners, they helped the customers of the food bank carry their produce to their cars or to public transportation locations while having the chance to engage in conversation with these customers. In this process, they thought of ways in which to improve the integration and utilization of the secondary services offered by the Food Bank, and completed assignments pertaining to this question.                                                         RATIO students volunteering at the Food Bank
