American Society for Microbiology

Duquesne University Chapter

Members of the American Society for Microbiology (ASM) consist of graduate and undergraduate students from a variety of disciplines with an interest in microbiology. We seek to educate and engage the campus community on the field, and connect students with professional opportunities in microbiology. ASM participates in Darwin Day, organizes a science careers seminar, organizes fields trips for members, and gives students funding and access to ASM conferences.
