Registration

Students may register for the ACS Student Member Symposium up to the day of the event — Saturday, April 14. Registration is free.

To register, email acs@duq.edu with your:

  • Name
  • School
  • Email Address
  • Phone

If you are submitting a poster abstract, include ACS Abstracts in the subject line.

If you are registering only, include Registration in the subject line.


STEP 2: If you are presenting a poster, you must submit your poster online, as described below.
Abstracts and Poster Presentations

Students are invited to submit abstracts and present posters.

Format of Accepted Abstracts:
Arial 10 pt. font
Microsoft Word preferred

Title of Written Abstract (in bold)
Authors (Last name, First name; Last name, First name; etc.)
Academic Department
University

Abstract: The title, authors, and text of your abstract must be in Arial 10 pt., and it has to be emailed to acs@duq.edu.

Word Limit
Word limit is 150, not including title, authors, and institutions.

Submission Deadlines

Abstracts that are to be published in the Symposium booklet must be submitted by Thursday, April 12, by 4:00 p.m. No exceptions. Abstracts that will not be published can be submitted up to the day of the event — Saturday, April 14. Submit your abstract by email to acs@duq.edu.
