2010 Summer Research Symposium Booklet
The 2011 Summer Research Symposium is a celebration of undergraduate research in the Greater Pittsburgh area, offering a wonderful opportunity for student researchers, science faculty, and area professionals to interact and share in the excitement of undergraduate research.

Abstracts and Poster Presentations
Undergraduate students are invited to submit abstracts and present posters.
Format of Accepted Abstracts:
(Arial 10 pt. font)
Title of Written Abstract (in bold)
Authors (Last name, First name; Last name, First name; etc.)

Abstract: The title, authors, and text of your abstract must be in Arial 10 pt., and it has to be emailed to urp@duq.edu.
Submission Deadlines
Abstracts must be submitted by Wednesday, July 14, by 5:00 p.m. Submit your abstract by email to urp@duq.edu. When submitting your abstract, please state in bold lettering if you would like to be considered to give an oral presentation of your research at the Plenary Session. For more information, see the 2010 Symposium Invitation.
The deadline to R.S.V.P. for the picnic lunch is Friday, July 23, by noon. Lunch is free of charge to all participants and guests. It is not necessary to present a poster or oral presentation in order to attend lunch. Please note: Students who would like to be considered to give an oral presenation of their research at the Plenary Session must R.S.V.P. by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 14.
