- Rates are $149 per room single/double occupancy per night in the Lodge and $174 for the Chateau.
A room block is being held until February 15. After that time, the rate cannot be guaranteed.
Please make hotel reservations as soon as possible before the block fills.
Accommodations
CPE Programs
The CPE activities included in the Annual Conference are being provided by the Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy. Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy is approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Target Audience: Registered Pharmacists
Requirements for CPE Credit: Participating pharmacists must complete and return the Verification of Attendance, Course Evaluation forms and self-assessment exercise provided by the presenter.
Statement of Credit: Statement of credit will be mailed within 4-6 weeks to each participant after verification of attendance, completion of program evaluation and self assessments.
Income Tax Deduction for Education: Income tax deduction may be allowed for expenses of education (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills (see Treasury Regulation 1.162.5).
