Grades and Transcripts
Grades can be viewed at mid-term and after the close of finals on the web at www.duq.edu/dori in Self-Service Banner > Student Information > Student Records.
Current students who are free of financial obligations to the University may view their transcripts online in Self-Service Banner at www.duq.edu/dori. Students should carefully examine their records for accuracy and immediately report any errors in writing to the Office of the University Registrar.
To obtain copies of Duquesne University transcripts, current students can use Self-Service Banner to submit transcript requests (Student Information > Student Records > Transcript Request). Former students must write to the Office of the University Registrar to request transcripts, and the request can be mailed or faxed and must contain the student’s signature. Transcripts cannot be ordered over the phone, by email, or by third-parties, and electronic signatures cannot be accepted. All official transcripts issued by the Office of the University Registrar bear the signature of the University Registrar and are printed on secured paper. Whenever an official transcript is released directly to the student, it will also bear the stamped designation, Issued to Student. Photo identification is required to obtain your transcript in-person.
No transcript will be issued unless all financial obligations owed by the student to the University have been fulfilled. Requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days and may take longer for older records or during peak periods. Fees are not charged for transcripts but express mail charges apply and must be paid at the time the transcript is requested. For details, go to www.duq.edu/transcripts.
