25LIVE - Finding available space for an event or class has gotten easier!
25Live is a new, web-based event scheduling and space management system. All shared University space* is now managed in 25Live, and room requests can be submitted online.
The new system allows staff, faculty, and student organizations to search for and request shared space on campus. Users can search by location and room capacity, check availability, and view room features and photographs. Once room requests have been submitted online, requestors can monitor the status and print room and event confirmations which are received from the schedulers by email. 25Live provides one centralized scheduling system and data repository for events and classes scheduled into shared space* at Duquesne.
*Only shared University space is available and can be reserved in 25Live. Departmental or privately-managed space is not in this system and must be reserved through currently established procedures. See the link below for a list of the University’s shared space.
Once submitted online, requests will be routed to the appropriate space owner based on the type of event that you are scheduling. Please see the table below to see who will receive your request. The scheduler will review the request and respond to the requestor by email. If you have not received a response from a University Scheduler within 48 hours of submitting your request, please contact the Scheduler directly by phone or by email, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests for classroom space for Fall 2014 will be accepted beginning May 12, 2014.
Requests for classroom space for Spring 2015 will be accepted beginning November 10, 2014.
