Audio Visual Services

The Power Center Ballroom offers extensive, streamlined audio / visual and staging equipment to accommodate most event needs.

An Event Coordinator will be on site for your entire event for assistance with audio / visual equipment

Planning

  • Communicate A/V requests to your Event Coordinator 7-10 days in advance
  • Advance appointments may be made to test media for your event

Screens / Projectors

  • A screen and projector are housed within the ceiling of each of the three sections of the ballroom, as well as along the main wall
  • 4 plasma screens in the Shepperson Suite can display the same information as in the ballroom or different material

Podium

“Smart” podiums can be plugged into each of the three ballroom sections as well as along the main wall and include:

  • Wired microphone
  • PC
  • DVD / VCR player
  • HDTV
  • Laptop hookups

Microphones

  • Hand held wireless microphones
  • Lavalier (lapel) microphones
  • Microphone stands

Wireless Internet Access

  • Wireless Internet is available to your guests upon advance request (at least one week prior to your event) submitted to your Event Coordinator
  • Your Event Coordinator will provide you with a Guest log-in and password for the duration of your event

Accessories

  • Angled paper stand for podium
