There is no formal approval process for offering a Break Away course during the Spring semester, but it is important that we all collaborate in order to have an interesting array of offerings for our students each Spring.  From February-April each year, the OIP will be soliciting faculty to consider this format, and we hope that interested faculty will be approaching us and applying for a development grant. 

May is the annual deadline for deciding what the Spring Break Away classes will be the following year, and the brochure will go to print, be mailed to all in-coming freshmen, and the Chairs all over campus will start building the Spring schedule.
