"I" GRADES FOR SPRING 2012 AND SUMMER 2012 SEMESTER COURSES

  • Student's Responsibility: Coursework must be completed and given to instructor by Friday, October 12, 2012.
  • Instructor's Responsibility: Change of Grade Form must be completed and sent to Dean's Office no later than Friday, October 19, 2012.
  • Dean's Office Responsibility: Change of Grade Form must be signed and sent to Registrar's Office no later than Friday, October 26, 2012.

"I"-graded courses for which no change-of-grade is received will be converted to a permanent grade of "F."


PHI ALPHA THETA (National History Honors Society)

  • Emails to eligible students are typically sent out during the second or third week in March.
  • Payment for membership needs to be made by the last week of March.
  • Induction ceremony is typically held during the second week of April.


GRADUATION

****PLEASE NOTE: The Registrar's Office does not make any exceptions whatsoever for missed application deadlines.****

For December 2012 graduation:

Degree applications must be received at the Registrar's Office by Monday, October 15, 2012.

For May 2013 graduation:

Degree applications must be received at the Registrar's Office by Monday, February 18, 2013.

For August 2013 graduation:

Degree applications must be received at the Registrar's Office by Friday, June 7, 2013.
