Toner and Copier Supplies

A full-time technician will supply each copier with toner and staples.  Please contact us should you need to request supplies.

The University is on an auto-replenishing program through our current copier vendor. If you receive a phone call from a vendor telling you that you need toner or other supplies, let the caller know you are not authorized to purchase toner; transfer the call to x6596.  Do not agree to accept any "free" samples as a huge invoice usually follows. This ploy is often used to scam unsuspecting people into buying toner that often exceeds contract prices by as much as 500%.
