New Pennsylvania Voter ID Law- Update 10/2012- For the upcoming general election this November you are not required to have photo ID to vote. However you may be asked to show ID but again it is not a requirement to vote this year.
Beginning with the November 2012 general election, Pennsylvania law now requires voters to show an acceptable photo ID at the polls. For those students that don't have a proper form of identification for voting purposes, the University will provide a DU Card with an expiration date printed on the front of the card. This will then qualify your student DU Card as acceptable form of identification.
