Room Hold

Attention Student: A Financial Hold Prohibits Your Room Reservation

At this time, there is a hold on your student account, which prohibits you from making your room deposit.

In order to have this hold removed, you must pay your account balance.

  1. Log into your online student account and make a payment. 
  2. Once you receive your confirmation, you may contact our office to have the hold lifted.

Financial Aid?

If you have pending Financial Aid that will satisfy the balance due, please contact our office.  Once this is verified, we can release your account hold.

Payment Plan?

Students enrolled in the Nelnet payment plan will be permitted to make their deposit if it can be determined that the payment plan will pay their account balance.  If you are paying with the payment plan and feel you have received this message in error, please contact our office.
