A leadership program for high school students

The Duquesne University Leadership Academy (DULA) is a four-day program for high school juniors and seniors ready to serve their communities, deepen their understanding of their Catholic faith, and reflect in an academically challenging environment.

During the program, students examine leadership from its many aspects. Through service projects, students experience the power of hands-on immersion in activities that benefit local communities in
need. Under the supervision of mentors and experienced community agents, students practice cooperation and team-building. They also deepen their understanding about the relationship between service and faith through prayer, reflection, and the celebration of the Liturgy.
