"Alternative Facts" and Attorney Ethics: When Do "Misstatements" Become a Matter for Legal Discipline?

The latest Ethics and Eats session will focus on possible ethical infractions stemming from attorneys asserting inaccuracies both in and out of court. Speakers include professional liability claims defense attorney Amy J. Coco and Vic Walczak, legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union Pennsylvania Chapter. This course offers two hours of ethics CLE credit. The onsite session is open to the public and other professionals. This session is also offered online.
