Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: Medical-Legal Implications in Civilian and Military Contexts

Hosted by the Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law, this Forensic Fridays session features a lineup of interdisciplinary speakers that will discuss the medical and legal implications of the increasing number of plaintiffs claiming post-traumatic stress disorder as the basis for civil litigation. This session will be offered on-site and online, and has been approved for two hours of substantive continuing legal education (CLE) credit and for one hour of Ethics CLE credit.
