FIRST FRIDAYS
January 4th
Join us on the First Friday of the month to focus on fitness! From 5-7pm, Partners Yoga will take place in the yoga studio (if you don't have a partner,come anyways!), 6-8pm features an endurance cardio class (November features a 2 hour spin class), and from 7-9pm, we will be hosting a pick-up sport. This event is completely free. Healthy refreshments and some door prizes will be provided. Hope to see you there! Questions?
