NEW SUMMER CLASS OFFERINGS

Try our new class offerings for the summer!

Step Challenge

Mondays 4-5pm

Lucia will take participants through a great step workout.  New to step?  Not to worry!  Steps can be shortened or heightened based on the users experience!  Try this fun class!

 

BOOT CAMP

Wednesdays 7-7:45am

Join Sam and Lizzy as they take you through an 8 week military inspired workout series.  Optional home workouts will be available to train on off days.  This is an intense class combining cardio and weight training.  All skill levels are welcome!

ACRO Yoga

Wednesdays 4-5pm (Begins May 22)

Acro Yoga is a fun, playful way to develop trust, connection, and compassion for ourselves and for others.  A blend of acrobatics and yoga, this class incorporates extensive core work, counter-balanced and elevated "flying" poses, and shared physical support.

Target Heart Rate Spin (HR Spin)

Wednesdays 1-2pm

Heart rate spin utilizes target heart rate zone training.  During class, participants wear heart rate monitors and work within their individualized ranges to maximize their workout.
