Upcoming Events:

Black Light Yoga (registration required)

Friday January 17th from 6-7:30pm in the yoga studio (3rd floor Power Center)

Join Jen Friday, January 17th as we welcome the new year with black light yoga.  Glow sticks and accessories will be provided, but be sure to wear pastel clothing!

To register, email lasurea@duq.edu.  If registering a group, please be sure to include the total amount of participants in the group.

Nutrition Seminar (with emphasis on runners' nutrition)

Wednesday, February 5 from 7-8pm, 205 Power Center

Leslie Bonci, nutritionist of the Steelers, Penguins, and other athletes will be speaking in the Wellness Resource Center (Room 205 Power Center) about nutrition and running.  There will also be a short Q & A session after the seminar.  To register, email lasurea@duq.edu  Registration is free!
