Outside of school work, I basically live for three things: music, The Pittsburgh Penguins, and most importantly, Orientation Week! Congratulations again on becoming one with the Duquesne family! I am very excited for this year's program! See you soon!

Congratulations and welcome to the Duquesne family! I am so excited to meet everyone in August! My name is Brittany Ofcharka and I am one of your Entertainment Chairs for Orientation 2013. I am currently a junior Early Childhood Education major. After graduating, I will go on to either get my masters in Special Education or to be Reading Specialist. Other than Orientation, I am involved in Best Buddies, Kappa Delta Epsilon, Pittsburgh Association for the Education of Young Children, Phi Eta Sigma, Phi Lambda Theta, and Spirit Emerging Leaders. I love being so active on campus because you get to meet so many more people and create great friendships through them. This is my second year being involved in Orientation and first year in a chair position. Duquesne has truly become a home away from home, even though I live 30 minutes away, and I hope it becomes the same for you!
