Approximately 175 Students to Graduate from Duquesne’s Second Degree Nursing Program

Duquesne University's School of Nursing will confer degrees upon approximately 175 students at its Second Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) diploma ceremony.

The Second Degree BSN program offers a 12-month and 16-month pathway for non-nurses with baccalaureate degrees to obtain BSN degrees.

Holly Lorenz, chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at UPMC, will be this year's diploma ceremony speaker.

When:  Friday, Aug. 4, at 2 p.m.

Where:  Union Ballroom, Duquesne University, 600 Forbes Ave., Pittsburgh.
