Holiday Closure - Thanksgiving

Duquesne University offices will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving from Wednesday, November 27 through Sunday, December 1, 2024. Our office will resume regular business hours beginning Monday, December 2.

Students in need of a transcript are encouraged to order an electronic PDF, the delivery of which will not be delayed by the closure. The deadline for all paper transcript processing prior to the holiday break is Tuesday, November 27 at 12:00pm.  Processing will resume on Monday, December 2, but there may be a delay in processing due to a backlog of requests.

The Office of the University Registrar provides academic and enrollment services in support of students, faculty, academic and administrative departments, alumni, and external agencies. These services include the publication of the schedule of classes and classroom assignments, oversight of registration and the final exam schedule, collection of midterm and final grades, production of official university transcripts and enrollment verifications, and the awarding of degrees and issuance of diplomas. Additional responsibilities include Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) notification and compliance, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) compliance, Pittsburgh Council on Higher Education (PCHE) Cross-Registration, Banner Student System support, Review Academic Program Progress (RAPP) management, as well as service to our veterans.
