What Is It?
University students and employees receive an annual print balance of $90. This print quota automatically renews each year on July 1 (valid from July 1-June 30 each year).
When printing from a lab computer, you will sign in with your MultiPass username and password and the cost of the print job will be deducted from your print quota.
Lab Print:
You can also use Lab Print to print wirelessly from your personal computer or mobile device to a computer lab printer.

Wireless printing using Lab Print
- Go to duprint.duq.edu
- Sign in with your MultiPass username and password
- Verify your identity with Duo Multi-factor Authentication
- Click Web Print and click Submit a Job
- Drag or upload the file and click Upload and Complete
- Release the print to any Duquesne public lab via QR code, Card Swipe, or duprint website

Note
- Double-sided printing counts as two pages.
- No refunds are available on unused printing balances, including pages you purchased. Your remaining print balance does not carry over to the following calendar year.
- Refunds are approved for failed print jobs only.
- Refund requests must be made within 24-48 hours from the submission date.
- You can only purchase print pages with a debit/credit card via CashNet. There is no limit to print page purchases. You can purchase as many pages as you need. It can take up to one business day for print pages to be added to your printing account.
