A special place to work

"It has been an honor and privilege for the last thirty years to be part of such a vibrant and committed community of people who live the Spiritan Charism every day."

Rev. Raymond French, C.S.Sp. Senior Vice President, Division of Mission and Identity

"It's a very special thing, knowing that my colleagues at Duquesne share the same goal I do: to inspire and support our students. A new student once asked me to sum up Duquesne in one word and I answered: possibilities! Duquesne is a vibrant, exciting university on the move-and there is so much to contribute."

Dr. Kathleen Glenister Roberts, Ph.D. Executive Director, Honors College & Bridges CLE

"I have been at Duquesne for 20 years now, and what I have loved since the beginning is the community on campus. We often say that our students are not just a number, but that is true of our employees as well. We care about one another, support one another, we celebrate life's wins and mourn life's losses together. It's a gift to be able to earn a living somewhere that is also a thriving community."

Dr. Luci-Jo DiMaggio, Ed. D. Director of Mission Animation | CETR Coordinator for Co-Curricular Community Engagement

"Recruiting at Duquesne is more than just finding the right person with skills and talent, but also finding the right person that fits the culture and mission of Duquesne which is what makes working here so special."

Dr. Chase Loper, Ed.D Assistant Vice President of Business Services

"Duquesne is a special, mission-centered place with students, faculty, and staff all working together for the common good. Join us!"

Ryan Dawson, PHR, SHRM-CP Associate Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer

"One of the most important things I like about Duquesne, is that it is ecumenical in that the university culture embraces all denomination of religion despite it being catholic. I love to encourage students to tap into their spirituality no matter what religious background they come from. Working at Duquesne has afforded me the opportunity to raise two children as a single mother by being flexible with my work schedule, and allowed me to put two kids through college."
